Courier and Delivery Options: Orders Requested for Courier Delivery are Handled by Private Courier Companies. Delivery within 2 hours in Istanbul.
If you don't want the courier to come to your address, you can provide a specific address near yours and we can meet at that address.
For all orders requested via courier, the courier fee is the responsibility of the buyer. The courier company absolutely does not know what the product is. Shipping and Delivery Options: Our company works with Aras Kargo. After placing your order, it will be shipped on the same day it is confirmed at 4:00 PM.

Ordering without providing an address: If you don't want to provide your address information, you can specify the nearest Aras Kargo branch and pick up your order from Aras Kargo.

● Enter the details of your nearest Aras Kargo location (e.g., Province/District) and place your order.
● Provide a phone number where the shipping company can reach us (a mobile phone number is acceptable).
● When your package arrives, pick it up from an Aras Kargo branch using the phone notification!
● Discreet shipping and packaging services
● All your orders will be sent to you in discreet packaging.
● Discreet packages are given to the shipping company sealed and the box does not have any logos or words like "Erotic Toy" or "Sexual Toy" written on it.
● No one, including the cargo and courier company officials, knows what's inside the box, and you'll receive your delivery in sealed, discreet boxes.
● The products are listed as Personal Care Products on your invoices.

Delivery times: Your order is handed over to Aras Cargo on the same day you place it (orders placed before 4 PM are delivered the same day, orders placed after 4 PM are delivered the next day). The delivery time of your order varies depending on the region of your city.

● Delivery within 1-2 days: Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa, Ankara (and cities within 600 km of Istanbul).
● Delivery within 2-3 days: Adana, Antalya, Kayseri, Samsun (and cities between 600 and 1,000 km from Istanbul).
● Delivery within 3-4 days: Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Rize, Van (provinces located 1000 km or more from Istanbul). The above estimated times do not include villages and towns far from cargo centers.
